I would highly encourage you to not draw this to read from right to left if that's not your natural reading orientation. People who didn't grow up with that orientation tend to have difficulty with framing comics that way, which is probably why the "escape" section of this feels so awkward. It's a problem in the early panels too, you've naturally put the larger illustrations that draw the eye on the left even though the text that clearly comes first is on the right, where the smaller images that feel more like "details" are.

But it's your comic so do it if you wanna!
