Servants contracted to a master can only be commanded by the contractibg masters command spells. Friend servants are a game play mechanic, and isn't defined in canon, but "lending" servants between masters has happened. Though even if the consent to listening to a different masters orders they are immune to any command spells they have since they are still contracted to their original master. So while the loads of fat bald f2p masters ntring 5 star servants into cumdumps is the fetish, it can't actually work unless the servant breaks and forms a new contract.and an organization like chaldes has means of tracking their servants spirit origins and noticing things wrong with them.
