Is that really from a pokemon anime? The scene looks freaking suggestive with these mouth close up and the guy's face.

It's not from "the" anime. The clip is from a web series called Pokmon Generations which highlights moments from the games from another character's perspective. It's not the franchise's first anime spinoff (Pokmon Origins came out in 2013).

Surprisingly the series is still up on YouTube (Origins was delisted some time ago).

Origins is still officially up on Pokemon TV website but ya sadly these never got proper physical releases at least region 1 blurays @.@
