Most sites do, though the amount of detail can differ wildly. I was prodding at it earlier and after narrowing it down (because my username is literally just a noun) it started showing search pages with user:detour in there.

Then you better let use be able to change are nicknames or delte are acounts since I sure there be a lot people that want every change they names or delete there old acounts and get a new start
