Outside of Spain, the way verbs are conjugated in Spanish when referencing the third person plural is the same as when referencing the second person plural.
So I think the proper translation is You will do everything I order. Precious, I will never let you go.

In spanish "They" translate to "Ellas", like you aren't talking to someone directly while saying that. When mentioning people you're talking to right now, then you use "Ustedes/T/sted". In this picture the hypnotist is commanding her hypnotized victims telling them to obey, so the proper one is "Ustedes/You".
