I'm flabbergasted.

Floragato can't learn Leaf Blade but Serperior CAN.

To be fair, from what I remember in the anime, when Snivy used Leaf Blade, her tail (which was a leaf) kind of did that glowy-morphy thing and stretched out into a blade.

Id assume that its a similar story for Serperior.

In comparison, the Sprigatito line doesnt have a good body part to turn into a Leaf Blade.

Even Grovyle and Sceptile have leaves on their arms.

I suppose Floragatos yo-yo could work but that feels like a stretch.

Maybe that flower Meowscarada uses for Flower Trick could work? But I feel like it might be a bit of a stretch.

AnonymousBrainwash Weivile & Greninja can create "energy blades" when using Night Slash/Cut.

There should be NO reason Florgato & Meowscarada can't uses other blade techniques.
