I don't know how many people play at D&D tables where kinky solutions are encouraged (you should always makes sure everyone at a table is not only trusted, but cool with that stuff beforehand). But I have thought about Hypnotic Pattern being used to influence and push creatures down lines of thought that debilitate them even after they come out of the trance. Who wants to fight when they're leaking pre-cum, after all?
