Odalia, while a bitch, wasnt completely unreasonable.
She was working with Belos for a better future for her and her family.
Her beef with Luz wasnt that Luz was female, or that Luz was a human, it was that Luz was a criminal.
And thats kind of fair.
Is Odalia a bitch? Does she abuse her power and influence to get her way? Yes on both counts.
She isnt like Junko Enoshima who does what she does out of sadistic hedonism.
Shes basically a bigoted grandma, does and says shit she really shouldnt, but does so out of a sense of care.
This doesnt justify her actions, that would mean her actions are morally acceptable within this context, but I do believe it explains her actions beyond, she is just an awful person
