I counted 5 fingers (I even edited one out) but I guess that thumb looks like index finger, and yes this was made using ai

The thumb doesn't looks like an index finger because the thumb isn't on the picture at all. It's hide because of the perspective.

after looking at this image several times i have come to the conclusion that someone here needs to learn how to count, because amy has 5 fingers in the left hand and 4 in the right one

So you're implying amy dont have a thumb. Because you count 5 fingers on the picture, but the thumb isnt there.

On order to count the real number of fingers you need to keep in mind not just what is shown, but what is hide under the perspective.

On a hand you count 4 fingers because one of the fingers are hide, on the other hand you count 5 and the thumb isnt there, what you see is an extra middle finger.
