Caldina orders the hypnotized Hikaru and Umi to attack Fuu, but Fuu refuses to attack them, despite Caldina's hesitations to make her do so. After encouragement from Clef, Fuu uses her magic to hold them back, but does not know that Caldina is only a few steps away.
Caldina uses her "bells" on Fuu to make her attack the imprisoned Hikaru and Umi, only this time, with controlling just her body. Just as Fuu attempt to finish the two, Ascot blocks her attack, and Caldina stops and freezes him. As Caldina makes Fuu use her magic to attack Hikaru and Umi, she manages to break through and hits Caldina with Emerald Typhoon. Using her Winds of Healing, she heals Hikaru and Umi and wakes them up from their trance.
