Actual canon info; Changer's reality warping powers are hampered by belief. So... Uno reverse card works on them... Entirely because they believe that they do.

Was not sure on the tagging so I tagged malesub and femsub to be safe. Maybe only malesub applies here? I actually don't know the convention for characters who are transformed within a single post...

If they are being controlled/manipulated in both the pre and post TG state, then both malesub and femsub are fine to apply.
