In the best case scenario, that woman is now a brainwashed cow, destined to spend at least the high majority of her life completely braindead, only able to moo and crawl. Society will shun her and she will spend most of her days alone.

In the worst case scenario she fucking died.

Can totally see this being the start of the alien revolution, in which they discover that cow's milk is like 6th best compared to human female milk, thus beginning their new operations kidnapping more women and converting them into delicious milk generators.
