It's time for another Penlight fan art! Here's another piece commissioned by regular contributor Doa and it stars Akiko once again! This time the student council president giggles helplessly with her hands in the air while Kyou, having entranced her with his penlight, impresses on her the suggestion that she's been captured by otherworldly tentacles that are relentlessly tickling her~
