Yep, I would. And did. It's mainly the facial paints (or are they tattoos?) and marks that give it away. Keep in mind that FFXIV is an MMO and, as far as I'm aware, this character is actually an original player character, not an NPC.

Miqo'te are awesome. Still awaiting a FFXIV nude patch so that I can mess around with the character creator for this race in particular. :P
