For those who don't know. Brenda is from Sonic the Hedgehog manga that was serialized in Shogakukan's Study Magazines for primary school children and Bessatsu CoroCoro Comic Special. It was published in Japan between 1992 and 1994. It is very loosely based upon the video game series, with an original story concept developed by Kenji Terada.

Pretty sure most people would recognize Shogakukan as the one where Sonic is an alter-ego of a character named Nicky. Fun fact both Amy Rose and Charmy Bee originate from this manga.
