I'm not really sure that fits the spiritual definition of vore. Vore entails the concept of eating someone, not a part of someone. Or, at least, that's how I've always seen it.

I think if its eat any part, such as a finger, or brains, that's vore - it either is or isn't

So if they eat most of the person, then feel full and leave the hands in the fridge for dessert, is it still vore?

Sure, by the simple definition of the word. I don't believe most fans or avoiders of vore would see this as vore merely due to the perception that brains are being eaten when it's not portrayed in the image. The Illithid's mouth is around the girl's head, and that's the best support this image has for the vore tag. If you think that's enough to make it considered vore, then add the tag, because I'm on the fence and need a tie-breaker.

Thank for I have nightmare fuel blocked...

Anyways, on derpibooru, the hardcore stuff, such as eating arms, brains, and stuff, gruesomely, which what I think is going on... I don't wanna check it out.

Anyways, vore is for eating whole. No eating such parts. Implied vore is for when it's mentioned. Hard core is for glossy or grey scenes of it, such as cooked and surfed for it like a pig, or ripping someone's arms off for food.

It's disturbing. I hope that helps.

And that's my point, yeah. When most people think of vore, they're actually thinking of light vore. Vore technically includes the eating of anything at all, not just people. It's actually the concept of eating, seeing something eat, being eaten, seeing something be eaten, etc. It includes all of these things, by definition.
