I... I genuinely can't tell if thats the dragon talking or the third party. I don't know if that was your intention or not but kudos to your ambiguity.

@sluggy_free Its meant to be the dragon describing the hypnotic flower to the viewer. Generally for POV dialogue in my captions, I make the text color orange, and Clavi the Dragon has blue to match her highlights. Its just in this warmer lighting, her skin-tone doesnt match the text color as well as it did when I first assigned it.
