Karai was announced as a character for shredder's revenge, so I did this one. There're a clothed version on the source too.
For this naked version, she's hypnotized by a naked mod, I love convenient censorship, so that was a good chance to use the belt for that xD.
I wasn't sure if I wanted an altered perception or altered common sense for this one, so I added both tags and let it free of interpretation xD.
