Its a long one, but here's a summary. The bald guy is a hypnotherapist who takes advantage of his female clients. One of those clients is a teacher at a private girls school, and he uses her as a connection to get a job as a counselor there. The three daughters of the school headmaster catch his eye and he invites each of them in for counseling, where he hypnotizes and fucks them.

The headmaster catches the therapist because of the security cameras. The headmaster explains that after his wife died, he couldn't get it up anymore unless he was thinking about his daughters who remind him of his wife. So the headmaster blackmails the therapist into hypnotizing his daughters to let him fuck them. However, the headmaster is only interested in the younger two daughters, because the oldest daughter was born to a different father. The scene in this page is the therapist introducing the headmasters to his freshly re-trained younger daughters.

The headmaster also blackmails the therapist into re-training the eldest daughter to think she needs to service men as punishment for being a "child of sin" (born to another man) and has her participate in a group orgy with male staff and financial backers of the school.
