wow umm wow. I love everything about this picture, everything. In particular though, the eyes, the eyeshadow, and that outfit are some of the sexiest things I've ever wanted to wear.

The definition of the tag is as follows:
A character is hypnotized to act like an animal.

Sounds good enough to me. There's really no reason to have a furry-only version of the tag so if this is an issue we'd just change the tag name; however everyone on the site, including the furries, are pretty used to this by now, since the first human_pet tag was added to a furry pic since before the site moved here.
