The only clue I have about this being femdom or femsub is that the commissioner has commissioned 2 other works that I've found, one that was POV maledom and one which had the commissioner's OC as the sub. So the commissioner likes being POV dommed I suspect.

Could we tag them both because it's so ambiguous? Anyone blacklisting one or the other would miss out, but I don't think many people blacklist either of those across the board, so in terms of image discovery it would probably help more people than it hurts.
