I can assure you that the purpose of this comic is not focus on religion or making any serious commentary on it. This is just to show the backstory of one of our characters and set things up for the future.

That said, as you can guess, in addition to being fetish material, it's also comedic. And, naturally, when you have a comedic story in a religious setting, SOME of that humor is going to involve religion.
