bingo. I know the pic itself is a power rangers and MLP crossover, but the Power Ponies were a MLP/DC crossover

Well more like a reference and tribute to Superhero Comics in general, seeing Saddle Rager was a lot like the Hulk from Marvel.
Fili-Second is similar to both The Flash and Quicksilver.
Zapp is like Thor for controlling lightning through an object.
Radiance is more akin to the Lanterns.
Mistress Mare-velous has the Batman feel only with Phychic control over a lasso....maybe a chance of a mix of Batman and Wonder woman.
Masked Matter-Horn is really alike with Iron Man, using machinery to fire energy beams.

So...Power Ponies wasn't a MLP/DC or Marvel crossover.
