Yeah it's Hachina by the dev that made the game Mission Mermaider. It only just came out last week though so I don't think there are translations yet.

The game actually has a (somewhat incomplete/bugged) english language setting. You still need japanese locale (or an emulator), and probably switch to japanese keyboard settings.

I played it through and the english translation was almost completely fine and just ran it as an executable with a normal keyboard, works great for me!

yeah Iv just completed it myself.

It leaves more to be desired but I suppose we say that about every hentai game. The bugs/yokai are a bit generic and predictable but the hypnosis is pretty well done. I do like how she gets forced to wear a special suit and bell collar when under mass hypnosis
