This looks a lot more like Nausicaa from the Ghibli film than it does Misty, at least to me.

There's a difference in eye color, and the hair is a much brighter red, which could just be the choice of the artist. Who knows what the artist originally intended.

Well the eye colour looks to have been modified and the text probably was added about the same time. I'm almost certain it supposed to be Nausicaa but the manipper wanted it to be Misty.

Indeed.

Considering those earrings, hair length & style, design the dress was based on (especially the bottom fringe), & the iconic gloves all in the "Ohmu-blue"; I'd bet just about any amount that this is a fan-made pic of Nausicaa manipped to appear more like Misty because of their already high similarities when Misty undoes her "side-tail" (one pig-tail? sideways pony-tail?) & lets her hair down.
