Not only is almost none of that sentence a thing, the tail would be from Raichu.

That's debatable, since Raichu's tail has a long part before the bolt, where as Pikachu's is just a lightning bolt which is why I said him/her. As for the DNA evolution part, that was just a reference to digimon, DNA digivolution, where two digimon fuse to make a new one, and before this becomes some debate, yes, I know digimon has nothing to do with pokemon but I was just making a stupid comment that was not supposed to be critically analyzed.

I have no idea what's happening here - and am surprised it didn't use its belly to hypnotise the white squirrel looking thing. (Most I know about Pokémon is that Team Rocket were the bad guys and they were the only ones that had a proper talking pokémon...) I second Monochrome's question: what is polywag's problem? :p

According to the artist, it's using two new learned moves on it's friend to gain exp. Those being hypnosis and tail slap.
