There's a long story at the source that goes with this. It has Kamek, a magikoopa, decide to use hypnotic magic to entrance the players of a Mario Party board, using various methods including: belly dancing, hypnotized hypnotist Pauline singing, snakes (no vore), mushroom eating, and crystals. Mario is also hypnotized in the story, but it mostly features the four women in the picture.
