Some individuals under the effect unexpectedly gain new sexual organs or lose their existing sexual organs, the victim usually doesn't notice this due to the erasure of their sexual knowledge. It is unknown how long Virgin Again can last, recorded incidents range the effect's duration from as short as one hour to as long as an entire year; it is entirely possible that some incidents of this effect may be permanent.
