The thought occurred to me. RWBY pulls a lot from various fairy tales and folklore INCLUDING THE JUNGLE BOOK. But we haven't seen a character from the show based on Kaa himself. Why?

Probably because the writers are fully aware of the porn made of RWBY and don't want to add fuel to the fire with anything canon. XD

@/VanillaHypnotist Fair point. But RWBY as a franchise is still standing BECASUE of it.

The writers already pulled so much from The Jungle Book I'm just saying might as well throw Kaa in there too lol
