I guess if your anthro-girl has a backstory, even if it has a copyrighted base, it's still an OC? Even if this is the case it should probobly still be tagged pokemon and raichu

you just have to wonder if the owner of that hypo-ball besides using it on pokemon is also using it on their trainers and have a different ball to store them in
