I agree with Jimmy, it looks like she has two pairs, one on top, that gives birth to a larger pair on bottom. Like the top is a more natural C then a G pair grows from those.

Yeah, I think it would be better to just imply the separation between the two parts with the shading for the most part. The lines make it look like the (her) left one is attached at a pretty thin point and the other's bottom part is getting ready to bud off and explore the world.
