I think you're both being thrown off by the top of her dress. Going only by what we can see, it looks the same size as her left boob. To me, anyway.

m8 I'll have you know I just spent 45 minutes adjusting some boob sizes from C to D to A like I was playing Redemption Song on an acoustic again. I am the fuckin' boobie master now and what I say goes.

Really though if you blow it up it's more obvious. They're the same size but the angling of the inside curve is noticeably different.
