Why did you upload it in Webp? It is literally GIF but worse! It is unskippable, unpausable, unrewindable and extremely slow framerate! Reupload it in MP4 or something similiar, please!

I converted it into MP4 and reduce its size from over 100 MB to 10MB! I also found out that it is 10 minutes long! Nobody gonna watch an unskippable, unpausable, unrewindable video for 10 minutes straight!
