Oh geez how do I explain this

Raikou(the sub, who is also Ushi Gozen, it's Fate don't worry about it) was saved by her mother as a child. This made her obsessed with motherhood, as you can see with her...let's say passion regarding the subject. On the Raikou side, she is descended from a major war god.

She is a demigod milf who decided that she is the best mom ever, and yours specifically, and does Not take no for an answer.

But Tiamom(the dom) is the mother of all living things(current petite appearance be damned, she is usually huge).

In short little baby god walked up to the primordial deity of motherhood to lecture her about her one job. Tiamom thought that was the cutest thing ever, and gently washed her brain with headpats to show who's the real mother around here.

I appreciate that perspective, but I think the simpler explanation is simply Summer event-esque shenanigans. People at the source link immediately jumped to Big Sis Beam references. This does have the same vibe.

Summer 4 opened the door to Fate characters having morally dubious mind control powers for no goddamn reason, and now we gotta live with how that affects the fanart.

Not that I mind this is adorable and hilarious

This is normal Berserker Raikou and Alterego Tiamat Larva, and she's showing Raikou the one thing she never had in her entire life. Parental love. That is not mind control.
