Lucky for you, I am fluent in gibberish. It says:

Dear Master: I know you tend to get pretty forgetful in the mornings, especially if you've had a drink or two, or five the night before. So, I wrote this note in advance when I saw you getting out the beers. If I'm still wearing it in the morning, you forgot to deprogram me. (When you deprogram me, take the note off. Thanks!) Now, I probably won't have the presence of mind to write down what all triggers you put in me last night, so please try to remember them all this time.

Seriously though, this is like, the fourth time this month. Well, that I am able to remember anyway. I know this is kind of the risk of being room mates with someone who has mind control powers, but I think I have been quite patient with you. I would just really like it if I didn't have to worry about one of your triggers going off when I'm out in public.

PS: Those other three times were a blast. So, if it's not too much to ask, could you let me remember this time too when you are done with the deprogramming?

Hm, wait... That's *way* more words than can fit into a note that small. Never mind.

it is gibberish in this pic, but some other drawings of her where the note is in more important role it usually reads "Avenge mom."

it is because her memory could be compared to Dory from Finding Nemo...
