They're gloves with flashing lights in the fingers. Afraid it was a while ago that I saw it though, so I can't remember anything that'd help dig up a source.

Yeah I see these gloves all the time at raves and EDM shows. I'm actually not sure what the MC content is here, since I've seen plenty of people have this exact same reaction to gloves while rolling.
