1st image: prince Lucas attacked his mother after he found out she was sick of his "boyish mischief"(he was a bully and a thug) and was planning to sent him to "good girl academy" to turn him into a sissy girl/submissive femboy and now he is muzzled in the nurses office instead of being afraid like Asriel he was pissed off spouting threats of violence(muffled by his muzzle of course) saying things like "if you don't take this fucking cage off of me I will pull your tongue out through your fucking asshole"(and other such vulgar things) the reason he is in he nurses office isn't to be castrated like Asriel was instead his anger and aggression made him a prime candidate to test out their "good girl chip"(a brain implant that causes cripplingly painful headaches when the student it's implanted in thinks about escaping or thinks violent/aggressive thoughts but the headache goes away when they stop thinking such thoughts) the nurse says "don't worry princess with this chip you will be acting like a proper lady soon enough"

2nd image: he is introducing himself to his class(all of them being royals who have been sent there for one reason or another) he is both embarrassed by the fact that he is wearing a dress and in pain from the "good girl chip" going off from how angry he is an how he is thinking about running away it seems he has to learn to be a good sissy to make the pain stop and since the queen specifically asked for sissification and that Lucas(now Lucy) be referred to with both male and female pronouns she and he can be used interchangeably(so no crippling headaches when he says that he is a boy)

3rd image: year 2 Lucy is currently enjoying some dickriding training(all the "princesses" are trained to please whoever they choose to marry regardless of the spouses gender since the process also makes the students pansexual) the headaches have almost completely stopped he seems much more comfortable in a dress and seems to be a lot more "cooperative" showing that she is making good progress but she still occasionally thinks something that triggers the chip meaning he has to stay for a little while longer

4th image: year 3 her original personality is completely gone and her memories were altered so she believes she was always Lucy(changing it so things happened differently what outfits he was wearing etc.) and her implant was reprogrammed so it goes off if she ever slips back into her old personality(which will likely never happen) and it will also go off if she doubts the belief that she was always Lucy allowing her to graduate before year 4(odd they expected him to be the first man to last that long)

Lucy and her mother seem to be really close now and she even was able to keep her old friends(though they were shaken up at first after seeing what Lucas has become) who she visited in secret(Lucys mother absolutely hated those thugs seeing them as a bad influence) he even fell in love with his best friend(a Lycanroc named Lyle) and later got married to him though the queen was reluctant to give them her blessing but she saw how cute those two were together and couldn't say no but she did set some rules Lyle wasn't allowed to commit any acts of mischief before the wedding(assuming Lyle wouldn't be able to stop himself)

fun fact: Lucy here enjoys blue white and pink outfits with lots of frills ruffles bows and ribbons but doesn't mind experimenting with other kinds of outfits
