Ok, fixed most of Your tags. Remember to separate the tags by using spacebar, not putting them each on their own line in the tags Field :)

Also removed some tags that dont exist like the shoes and instrument tag and such. I also removed "uoshiro" and "mawaru penguindrum". I dont know if these are again tags that dont exist or if they are something that only a person who know these characters/this series would know? So sorry if I removed some important tags there, you will have to add them back in again if that is the case :)
I am also apperently have had a stroke and I am not capable of tagging a character anymore so someone else will have to help you With that... >o<

And lastly if you are not sure whether or not a tag exists on the hub, here is the cheat sheet. I use it every time I upload, though, that has also become kind of a rare occurance.

Ushiro is the artist that made the original picture, Mawaru Penguindrum the series, and Himari, Hibari Hikari and The princess of the crystal are characters.
I thought that was added like character:example, but that didn't work before.

Changed the tag to just Penguindrum, since that's what it's called in English.
