-cough- I actually know where these characters come form, it's Happiness Charge Pretty Cure, the blue one is Shirayuki Hime and the pink one is Aino Megumi. while they're both 14, that -is- the legal age of consent in Japan, so I'm not sure if this should be tagged Loli

Like Mindwipe stated, it is about if they look young, not about what the "lore" says. Some Characters look like 6 while the Mangaka says they are 22. Common sense applies. And even if this was about age, I don't know why it should be 16. Seems like an arbitrary number you just pulled out of your sleeves.


It's actually 13 if I remember correctly. It wouldn't be tagged loli even if they looked like 6 year olds. The loli tag involves nudity and/or sexual scenes. Wetting is technically neither of them. Exhentai for example defines it as "Underage girls in sexual situations or being nude. Not to be confused with young girls in general; should have undeveloped bodies." - And if you ask what "Underage" means, we could probably start a discussion that lasts 50 Forum Pages. So yeah, common sense applies.

which is not tagged as loli. This is still a very young looking girl but it is not loli. There should be some consistency here - sadly this is not the case, otherwise pictures like

wouldn't be flagged as loli, which they clearly aren't. I think what happens here is that people are so scared they get scolded when they forget the tag that they'd rather put them on their pictures then risk a ban, even if it does not apply.

And then we have people which clearly do not understand the tag, going around and adding that tag to anything that has a girl that doesn't have big breasts (no mater if she is dressed or part of the picture or background). That's actually counterproductive ...
