Probably made some mistakes here... also, I hate making empty eyes.

As last time, took picture that matched idea.

Oh, yeah, was supposed to be femdom, but now when I look at final effect, nothing is said about gender of person that bought catnip.

I read the whole thing twice and I'm only like 40% sure I know what it's saying. Big English problems.

I don't mean to be rude, but I second this. Not everyone is blessed with perfect English grammar skills. There are appropriate ways to go about telling people they are not very good at speaking English.

better wording, assuming i got the message right:

I guess this explains why catnip is so expensive.

The only place that allows it's growth is mainly inhabited by cat-eared people, which are known to be affected by catnip in a manner similar to stereotypical hypnosis trances, only longer, making them docile and compliant over substantial periods of time. Even a whiff of it can cause this effect. I had been pretty sure that, if this city's population were growing it, they must immune to it's effects. I was wrong.

It turns out that the fact that only one in a hundred cat-eared people are immune applied even here. So when i tried to use some to help a boy get his cat off the tree, i accidentally exposed him to the drug too.

People in this city are far more independent. Most of them are pretty much on their own, with only a few ties to others stronger than low-level friendship. Chances are, no one will be willing to care for him, and if someone is willing, I still have no way to verify that they mean well, and don't just want a slave.

So, he's my problem, at least until he recovers. What should i do with him?

The problem with this new version is that it changes basic thing

People know about how catnip affects cat-eared people (in original, it was secret. Just think how easy it would be to invade people with such simple, easily exploitable weakness.)

Also, if they know about this weakness, why don't they use it to gain a slave when they want it? Society that know about such weakness would be pretty sick. Only realistic way to do it would be making plantations illegal except goverment ones (with catnip being part of test for this sector of job), which I assumed.

Sorry that english in this one was bad... I am not native speaker. Didn't even wanted to make manip at first, just got sad that nekomimis stopped appearing.

I knew if I spent time trying to correct I would almost definitely get it wrong anyway like shaymind did, so I just left it at letting the poster know that I couldn't understand it and put the burden of work on them where it belongs unless I choose to be charitable.

Nononono, if you are going to complain, you have to propose some means of fixing it. A general complain "this is bad and not understand" doesn't help someone improve their ability.
