I find it interesting to have a type of inverse mind control. Such that you aren't adding or controlling their mind, instead taking parts of it away to guide them in certain ways.

Also felt more like going for a more mysterious angle that lets the reader try and figure out what's happening. (Rather then screaming out as loud as possible that mind control and sex is happening, no offense to those works.)
