Yeah I wouldn't eat that she has stated multiple times that she is pretty sure she got all the poison out so no. Also yeah for anyone wondering this is Canon she always chops off her tail and tries to feed it to Kobayashi. She can regrow it instantly.

I think there's a theory based on a legend. The thing about the tail is that if a human eat it, then that human will gain eternal life. That's why Thooru always want Kobayashi to eat her tail.
