Text has a bad habit of messing up inside Photoshop, and looking really jagged, and I don't know why.

You can probably see it on all the red lines.

Try changing the <<i.imgur.com/ygU4Yyc.jpg|anti-aliasing method in the text tool>>. "None" is really bad. Any other is fine, but I prefer "Crisp" for readability.
