The other founding member of the Sisterhood. Like her sister, she gave up her soul to her Master - the same one as Jeannes - and ceased to be a Servant. Unlike Jeanne, however, her reasons are clear: She hated existing as an Alter, hated her inability to be honest about her feelings for her Master, and hated the idea of having to leave him one day. The ritual solved the first and third problems, relieving enough stress to eventually solve the second. While Jeannes part in founding the Sisterhood is unknown, Jeanne Alter is the one who originally suggested the idea. Having overcome all of her fears, Jeanne Alter decided to live for the moment. She wanted to make an all powerful pseudo-god out of her Master simply because she found the idea of worshipping him arousing. He was, of course, quick to agree.

Jeanne Alter has an Ahoge, normal Jeanne doesn't. It's hot you can identify that Alter in Samurai Remnant isn't the one from FGO.
