You could say that a human wouldn't fuck, say, a dog, but there are people who are into that. Why couldn't a Pokémon have human fetish?

There's also quite clearly a pendulum in the picture. I'm not a huge fan of splitting hairs, but there's probably a better source image for this story.

There almost definitely is, this was my first manip, a spur of the moment thing. I saw the picture, then just kinda made up a story on the spot. The next one shall be better senpai!

Just because a Hypno uses a Pendulum doesn't mean it doesn't have the ability to use its eyes. Perhaps this Hypno has more power than most Hypno, or circumstances changed and it needed to get good with its eyes instead of the Pendulum. Have an imagination! Plus why not use both? :D
