Like my earlier translation, this is based on the notes from the parent post. I decided to take advantage of the big block of whitespace at the bottom, since my choice of font and spacing made the rest of the text take up a bit more space. Minor touchup on the left edge, where Grim's original text slightly overlapped the image.
