Both Pictures look like they have been hit on their heads with a large club, rather than being hypnotized. Personally, I think the ahegao part is too strongly emphasized with the too small eyes here. If you go that way, she should be drooling and have teardrops in her eyes which would make it more realistic looking.
And of course her mouth. Way to blurry for the picture - stands out way too much as not fitting in.

That being said, Fire Emblem has an amazing character cast and I would love to see more work about them.

But I see what you mean about the mouth lol. It was something I was toying with and I probably could have gone a bit sharper on it. I eventually blurred it a smidge because I wasn't a fan of the details, but I guess it could have used a bit of burning more than anything. Thanks!

I basically cut out / replace mouth all the time in my manips. It's pretty hard to find a good fitting one, because it needs to be the right drawing style in the correct resolution. You cannot upscale it or it looks to blurred, you cannot downscale it or it looks to sharp. So I look on exhentai / gelbooru for quite some time when I need a fitting mouth for a character. Blurring should only be used at the edges with a low impact pixelarea (5 px, not more), being very careful.

And I know these kind of eyes are your thing. It's a personal preference, Everything is better than spiral or whitewash.
