First manip well technically second what you guys think please give constructive critacisim
Don't take what I say next too hard. For a first manip this isn't that bad - but you can improve in several ways.
Ass-nosys isn't really my thing but from an art standpoint I think you need to use another font and not make the side with the text stand out so much. You could either use the wall color or black - since black is often seen as a more neutral color here because the webpage is black. As for fonts, there are quite a few of them, Wild Words being the one you see most commonly used in translations and manips. Never use a standard font - it kills the mood.
About the actual text, end a sentence with a dot undless you want it to be some kind of Trance, but then you should use a special font for it to make it stand out and don't use a " in these cases. When you go ... leave a space between the dots and the last and next word. Is there a reason you use 1x2 dots, 1x3 dots and 1x 4 dots? I always use 3 dots - using it in 3 different ways make it look weird.
The content of the text is pretty basic, nothing that someone would not expect, which may also be its weakness. Nevertheless almost anyone uses text that isn't out of the ordinary - which makes it boring, but oh well, we aren't all storywriters.
For the actual image manipulation, well - it's a spiral. That's not really original, but it does the trick. Would be a little better if animated (though not by much), but what would really make this picture stand out if in an animation that girl would lick with her tongue over her lips for example. It's something really little, but can have a big impact on the overall picture.
Last but not least the picture choice. This should have been first, but I wanted to tell you about improvements first. Personally, I find this picture to be a terrible choice for a hypnosis manip. Yeah it shows of a great ass, but has nothing else. Even the Background is almost one single color with the wall, the couch and the ground and her skin color. It makes the whole picture look pretty boring, even without any manip being done to it. I am not saying you need a very colorful image, but some kind of contrast often helps with bringing details more to life.
Like I said in the beginning, it's not bad for a first manip. Keep on working on the points I mentioned and the ones others will surely point out and you will improve.
Oh, and never forget your manipper tag. :)

heyyy thanks so much for the help this was just a start for me i wanted something simple and basic so i would be able to get teh jist of itbut thanks for the help!!!!

well assnosis is absolutley my "thing" i like picture she is very sexy...the spiral could me litlle less visible it cover her assets litlle to much;)..well the text...its simple but cmon as a first try? you got my atention and i know in that moment that i'll be your fan deeply fasscinated by your further works
