Hmm. Not sure if actually ganguro - not enough makeup. Also no bad attitude.

I think it's just a tan, so removing the "ganguro" tag. If anyone disagrees, feel free to revert.

the characters are not usually this dark skinned, indicating they've been heavily tanned; more garish make up would be better, but I don't think it's an absolute, and I don't think ganguro requires a bad attitude so much as a slutty one, much like a bimbo - this can include a dirty mouth, but I don't think it's necessary. These categories have some flexibility, and it looks like ganguro was intended.... on the other hand, it's mc whether its ganguro or not.... but I think most people looking for ganguro would be fine seeing this pic

Ganguro, as well as yamanba, gyaru, and may other words, all refer to various similar fashion styles, and have no bearing on the person's attitude. Most people just like to portray them as having bad attitudes because of personal preference.

Honestly this is closer to a generic gyaru style than ganguro, since they've just got really dark tans, and their makeup isn't terribly heavy. Ganguro is rather specific, but since there were no tags for gyaru or implying that they'd been made to get dark tans, I went with ganguro. As for the maid outfits, if they've been hypnotized, why not put them in whatever you want?

(See? Not that difficult to convince me :-P)

Now I gotta figure out a way to un-blacklist this specific picture. (I have ganguro on a blacklist, since I found prior posts with it to be... unappealing, to put it kindly.)
