English is not my native language, but I sometimes tend to come with manips that are at least qualified "hot" in my head, what do you think, should I try to manip when I stumble upon stuff like this, or just leave them be? The thought that it'd make it worse (due to my skills, mostly) is just enough to frighten me. But the thing is, I tend to follow a storyline manippers bring to the table, so I am just wondering.

I also thought about having another of the same image, just manipped. But that usually seems like a no-no...

Thoughts? Also fix me wrong tags if I left any.

Umm, we should probably pick EITHER windranger or Lyralei, Outworld Destroyer OR Harbringer, etc. Having two tags for the same person seems excessive. A mod/admin would probably be the best to choose. I think their titles makes more sense, since that is what most people know them by. AKA: Windrager, Outworld Destroyer, Legion Commander, etc.
